Our history
CAREIT was co-founded in 2016 by Filippo Monteleone and Giuseppe Zolzettich.
Trained as an engineer, Giuseppe’s career spanned almost 30 years, during which time he led the construction of dozens of facilities as a prime contractor (SETRHI), builder (EIFFAGE), and finally owner-operator (RAMSAY SANTÉ). He died accidentally on June 24, 2023 at the age of 58.
