Luc Chalançon

Luc joined CAREIT at the beginning of 2025. With 17 years’ experience and a global approach to real estate and operating issues, he supports customers’ needs and responds to consultations in the development phase.

A graduate of NEOMA Business School, he has held positions as Project Director and Director of Health & Medico-social Development at Iris Conseil Santé and for the following organizations : Korian, Croix-Rouge française, Senioriales.

He also worked as a risk analyst at DCL and for real estate operators with expertise in specific products (Cogedim Résidences Services, Groupe Arcade-Vyv, Réalités Life+).
